Started in 2002 by Praveen Tyagi, Gaurav Mittal and other IIT Graduates, Quest has established itself as another success story of the IIT graduates. Only this time it is not in technology but in education. Both Praveen and Gaurav left extremely successful careers to start Quest. It was created with the objective of creating a national brand in IITJEE coaching. Quest initiated "Power Coaching for IITJEE" a unique system of education, which dares to give you a guarantee. It has trained about 3500 students in the past three years with over 100 successful in IIT and other top engineering colleges. With nine strategically located coaching centers in Delhi, Quest has established its dominance in IITJEE coaching with specially designed programs for the "New IITJEE pattern". At Quest a systematic approach that synergistically combines classroom learning, extensive practice, regular testing and insightful feedback is used. The highly qualified and experienced faculty comprises of ex-IITians. Parents and students often struggle with the difficult choice between school studies and IITJEE coaching as presented by the traditional coaching programs. With "Power Coaching for IITJEE" students find a stress free approach to IITJEE preparation that integrates itself with school syllabus. Quest has declared the formation of Delhi's own "Super 30" on the lines of the concept launched in Bihar by IPS officer Abhayanand and Anand Kumar. This is an effort to provide equal opportunity to students of weaker economic sections, who cannot afford the prohibitively expensive courses offered by various coaching centers. The Super 30 batch will be open only to kids of government schools who have a monthly household income of less than Rs.3000.
