All communications regarding enrolment to programs must be and addressed to ‘The Director, Quest Tutorials and sent to our respective centers. Please quote your allotted registration number of the respective program in all future correspondence with Quest Tutorials. The screening test question paper and answer script of any student will be the property of Quest Tutorials and shall not be given back to any student. The marks allotted in the interview are firm and final, and no disputes or claims whatsoever on this account shall be entertained. The total program fee once paid in non-refundable and non-adjustable against another program or candidate or in any other way under any circumstances. In cases of fees being paid through cheques, if such instrument is dishonoured by the respective banks, for any reason whatsoever, a penalty of Rs. 250/- will be charged extra. The management of Quest Tutorials reserves the right to publish the photograph or the result of all successful candidates. Any student who does not qualify for the IITs after having taken coaching from Quest Tutorials will have no claim for refund of fees or any other compensation. The decision of the management in all matters is final and binding, and no claims or correspondence will be entertained. For disputes, or complaints, if any regarding the services of the institution, jurisdiction will be within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
